- Ushiro Ryotekube-dori Jiyu-waza – Freestyle from this hold with partner attacking from the front.
- Koshinage – 4 different patterns.
- Jiyu-waza – Katate-dori, ryote-dori, tsuki, morote-dori, shomen-uchi, yokomen-uchi. Freestyle from 1 of these 6 attacks.
- Suwari-waza Kokyuho – Doing 4 different forms/patterns.
- Ken-suburi – Aiki-ken Suburi 1 through 7, and 4 direction cuts (shihogiri).
